SiteRisers is one of the fastes growing a digital marketing agency that offers services in web design & development and SEO fields. The agency is co-founded by Azfar Shoaib and Numan Bashir. (Two friends who started their dream to be the best go-to digital agency names in the town). The agency was created back in 2023 right after the brains behind this company get certified by one of the top coaching institute in Pakistan Mastermind Mindset. 2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for legal purposes. You must not use this website:
- To break any local, national, or international laws.
- To harm, threaten, or harass anyone.
- To spread spam, viruses, or other harmful content.
- To try to hack or damage the website or access data you’re not allowed to see.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site like text, images, logos, and designs belongs to siteRisers unless stated otherwise. You can’t copy, reuse, or share any content from our site without our written permission. In case of violence of this act you may get fined or receive legal notice from Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan.
4. Services and Payments
We offer services like website development, SEO, and other digital solutions. All services are offered based on the scope discussed with the client. Extra work may require additional charges.
- Prices for services may change at any time without notice.
- 50% Payments must be made in advance. The remaining dues you can clear on the completion of work.
- For SEO project you can follow our 50% advance rule for first month. Then in later months you need to clear payment at the end of each month throughout the project duration.
- You are allowed to have maximum 2 revisions for a website project. These revisions must be within a week after delivering final work. Revision after this duration won’t be acceptable.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The client cancels the project before we begin work.
- We are unable to deliver the service due to technical issues on our end.
- Once work has started or been delivered, refunds are not offered. However, we are always open to discussing solutions if there is a concern.
6. Limitation of Liability
We try our best to keep this website and our services running smoothly. However, we are not responsible if:
- The website is down for maintenance or technical issues.
- You lose data or money due to using our website or services.
- You experience delays due to factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for any indirect, accidental, or special damages.
7. Third-Party Tools and Links
Sometimes, we may link to or use tools and services from third-party websites. We are not responsible for what happens on those sites. Please read their terms before using them.
